When you use My Education Solutions services, you trust us with your information. This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Sharing Data with Outside Agencies

Authorities:
We do not share your information with the IRS, local/state/federal police forces, Immigration Services or any other government agency or entity. Everything said in the advising process is completely confidential and will not be shared. We will be your representative processing your student loan with the Department of Education during your Forgiveness Program.

Employers:
In addition, we do not share any information you share with us to your employer either in the private, public or military.  If referred by your employer as a Employee Perk or Benefits Program, EAP (Employee Assistance Program) we provide general numbers but not your specific name or identifying information so they can monitor the effectiveness of the program for their entire organization.

Third Party Marketing Agencies:
No information is ever shared with third party marketing agencies.

Information Collected & Data Storage:
My Education Solutions collects personal information on all our clients for the purpose of attempting to qualify them for forgiveness programs and student loan reduction programs. Information can be collected during in-person advising sessions, through phone calls, email, fax or our private document portal. This information is stored inside SalesForce.com, and meets all required data protection and security measures required for Top Secret Clearance protocols.

Policy on Security Clearances:
Many individuals’ security clearances are jeopardized because of outstanding federal student loan debt. My Education Solutions Advisors have worked with employees of the Military, FBI, CIA, ICE, Homeland Security and other security agencies to successfully save their clearances.

If your security clearance is being affected due to your outstanding federal student loan debt, with your written approval we will send any required documents to your Commander or named security agency and be available to answer any questions they may have.

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice including email notification of privacy policy changes for certain services.
