Consultations with an experienced MES Advisor are FREE. Upon agreeing to proceed with My Education Solutions’ services, MES will submit your Student Loan Forgiveness paperwork to the Department of Education for a one-time enrollment fee. MES will refund your enrollment fee if the government does not approve your application. Once you are approved into a program, MES will draft a monthly fee for management services which also includes regular audits of your account to correct any errors that may be made by your student loan Servicer.

Forgiveness is a program in which you may no longer be required to repay some or all of your loan. After specific requirements are fulfilled, the Government cancels the remaining balance due (principal and interest).
Refinance is a process that can lower your interest rate and monthly payments, but you will still have to pay back the total amount of your loan (principal plus interest). Refinancing will also disqualify you from future Government Forgiveness plans.
