My Education Solutions and the University of Texas at San Antonio Honor Soon-to-Be Graduates at Ring Ceremony
My Education Solutions (MES), a longstanding partner of the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) Alumni Association, recently participated in the UTSA Ring Ceremony, which honored upcoming December graduates. Students got a feel for graduation day as they walked the stage and received their class ring amongst family and friends.
In a symbolic gesture, the nearly 200 students simultaneously put on their rings, made the UTSA “birds up” sign, and celebrated. MES participates in several UTSA events year-round, which will include the upcoming December commencement, and helps educate students and their families on how to reduce their student debt as they transition out of college.
Fun fact: Before the ceremony, the UTSA rings “spend the night” in the Alamo, further symbolizing San Antonio and the history each graduate will represent holding a UTSA diploma.
